We want you to love your handcrafted crystal bracelets! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy.
Eligibility for Returns:
  • You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returned items must include the original packing slip or order number.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact us at pufni95@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund result.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Important Notes:
  • For hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit on the return journey, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot issue a refund for items we do not physically receive.
