We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use this method, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Do you offer free shipping?

we provide free standard shipping for orders with a subtotal of $59 and above. Shipping fees will apply to orders below this threshold.

Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?

Our handmade studio ships internationally and to all locations within the United States.

All items are handmade upon order placement. After you place your order, we will spend 3–5 business days crafting and energetically cleansing your bracelet.

Standard delivery normally takes 7 to 12 business days.

Every bracelet will be carefully inspected before shipment. We will send you photos and videos of your finished bracelet.

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment all the way to your doorstep.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day free return policy. You may request a return of your bracelet within 7 days after receiving your item. The product must be returned with its original packaging and accompanying card intact.

If the bracelet does not fit your wrist size, we provide one free wrist resizing service.

To initiate a return, please email us at pufni95@gmail.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Are your crystal bracelets made with real gemstones?

Absolutely. Every bracelet is handcrafted using 100% natural, ethically sourced crystals and gemstones. We believe the Earth’s energy cannot be replicated, so we never use dyed or synthetic substitutes. Each stone is carefully selected for its unique vibration and clarity before being strung by hand.

Can I track my order?

Certainly. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched, and you can track your shipment status at any time.
