Production Time
Every piece is handcrafted to order, made just for you. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your bracelet after we receive your order. Before we ship, we will send you product photos and a packaging video, so you can see your bracelet and know it is securely on its way to you.
One of a Kind
Because of the natural properties of crystals, every bracelet is different. Yours will be truly unique — just like the energy you carry.

Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to create your bracelet before shipping.Shipping Time

International Shipping
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. -
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped from China may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. As of 2026, customs policies have changed significantly in several major markets:
For orders shipped to the United States:
The $800 de minimis duty exemption has been suspended. All shipments entering the United States, regardless of value, are now subject to applicable duties. These duties will be calculated and collected at checkout, so you will see the full cost upfront with no surprise fees upon delivery.
For orders shipped to the European Union:
As of July 1, 2026, the €150 duty exemption has been eliminated. A fixed duty of €3 per product category applies to all B2C parcels valued at €150 or less. These duties are calculated and collected at checkout.
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom:
Parcels valued at £135 or less are exempt from customs duties but are subject to 20% VAT, which is calculated and collected at checkout.
For other regions, you may be contacted by customs to pay these fees directly before your package is released.
We are unable to control or predict the exact amount of these charges, as they are determined by local customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential fees before placing your order.
