How long does shipping take?
We need 3–5 business days to handcraft your bracelet after we receive your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days for standard shipping, or 3–7 business days for express shipping.

What if my bracelet doesn't fit?

We offer one free resizing service per order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your bracelet and ship it back to us (return shipping is the customer's responsibility), and we will adjust it for you.

Are natural variations in crystals considered defects?

Not at all. Our products are made from natural gemstones, each with its own unique patterns, colors, and inclusions. These slight variations are what make every piece one of a kind.
